PROGRAMS
Ally Buddy Program
-
The Ally Buddy Program is a peer-based support initiative that reduces social isolation and strengthens mental well-being through intentional connection.

Participants are matched in one-to-one peer relationships grounded in mutual respect, shared lived experience, and active listening—without hierarchy or clinical intervention.

The program fosters belonging, resilience, and community connection, reminding participants that support and healing are strengthened through shared experience.
Masterclass Series

The Masterclass Series delivers expert-led educational sessions that increase mental health awareness, build coping skills, and promote resilience.

Through accessible, evidence-informed learning, participants gain practical tools to better understand stress, emotional regulation, and well-being in everyday life.
BNBS Youth (BNBS Youth Resilience Lab)

BNBS Youth is a community-based program advancing youth mental well-being through prevention, early intervention, and skill-building initiatives. Through curated events, educational programming, and collaborative partnerships, youth develop emotional literacy, resilience, and healthy coping skills creating supportive pathways from moments of challenge to sustained mental well-being, social connection, and confident futures.
The Thriving Women Project
A program designed to advance economic empowerment and mental well-being for women from equity-seeking communities.

Through education, peer connection, and capacity-building, the program addresses systemic barriers to wealth literacy, confidence, and holistic wellness supporting women to thrive personally, professionally, and within their communities.
M.E.N (Men Expressing Network)

Too often, men are taught to bottle things up, which can impact their wellbeing, relationships, and leadership. Our MEN Program creates a safe, confidential space where men and young male adults can express themselves openly, reflect, and grow. Through guided peer conversations, participants build resilience, emotional awareness, and clarity supporting both personal and professional development. Because expressing yourself is not weakness; it’s strength.
Annual Summit

The Annual Summit is a community-based gathering that advances mental health awareness, inclusion, and social connection through education, storytelling, and dialogue.

The Summit brings together diverse voices to share lived experience, strengthen networks, and promote collective learning that contributes to reduced stigma and stronger community well-being.
