The Ally Buddy Program:
Building Meaningful Connections

The Ally Buddy Program is a structured, peer-based support initiative that strengthens social connection and reduces isolation through intentional one-to-one relationships.
 

Participants are matched in inclusive, non-hierarchical peer partnerships grounded in mutual respect, shared lived experience, and active listening.
 

By fostering allyship and community connection, the program supports emotional resilience, belonging, and stronger community bonds.

The Thriving Women Project

Dismantling Barriers to Wealth & Wellness

The Masterclass Series is a community-based education program offering free, quarterly workshops focused on mental health awareness, personal development, and community well-being.
 

Led by subject-matter experts, each session provides accessible, evidence-informed learning that builds knowledge, skills, and confidence while strengthening community connection.

The Annual BNB Summit is a community-based public education event that advances mental health awareness, inclusion, and connection through storytelling and shared learning.
 

More than a single gathering, the Summit brings people together to exchange lived experiences, build understanding, and strengthen community networks that contribute to reduced stigma and collective well-being.

The Thriving Women Project is a community-based education and empowerment initiative that supports women from equity-seeking and underrepresented communities to overcome systemic barriers to economic participation and well-being.
 

Through accessible learning, peer connection, and capacity-building, the program strengthens financial awareness, confidence, and holistic wellness supporting women to move beyond survival and toward stability, leadership, and community impact.
