Meet the Team

At Better Not Bitter Society, we are a welcoming and inclusive organization guided by shared values, collaboration, and community care. Our work is strengthened by dedicated staff, volunteers, board members, and an Executive Advisory Committee who bring diverse perspectives, expertise, and lived experience.

Together, we work collaboratively to deliver community-based programs that strengthen resilience, promote mental health awareness, and foster meaningful connection across communities.

Our programs and services are intentionally designed to be inclusive and accessible, with a focus on supporting individuals from equity-seeking, marginalized, and underrepresented communities.

We are committed to ensuring that every person we engage feels heard, respected, and supported, and that diverse voices meaningfully inform our work and impact.
